Day 1
Welcome by the Juulchin representatives and women dressed in traditional dress with ceremonial silk scarves (hadag) and cups of milk. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2
After breakfast transfer by private coach to Terelj area, 80km northeast of Ulaanbaatar. Visit the amazing and unusual rock formation called Turtle Rock on the way. Lunch at the camp. After lunch, try cross-country skiing for 1 hour. In the afternoon, pay a visit to a local nomad family, and have a short horse-ride. The Mongolian ger is an excellent example of traditional architecture and visitors can enjoy authentic Mongolian food. Take part in the preparation of the traditional meal buuz (meat dumpling) and suutei tsai (tea with milk) and taste pre-prepared food and drinks. A special gift is given to the visitor who makes and eats the most buuz. Enjoy the stars in the vast Mongolian night sky. Overnight at the camp.
Day 3
Breakfast at the camp. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar. Tour of the city including Gandan Monastery, the largest Buddhist Center in Mongolia, followed by a visit to the National History Museum. Lunch at the hotel. Shopping for souvenirs such as cashmere, wool and felt items, traditional clothes, silk and antiques. Enjoy a performance of traditional Mongolian morin huur (horse-headed fiddle) music. After dinner enjoy a sauna and massage. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for departure.
